Nice wine bar, 2 levels of dining space. The spaghetti alla busara with scampi and pipies and their signature dish, Smoked pappala with rice cracker were delicious.

Our first dinner in Sydney during this trip, we were very impressed! We order oysters, a combination of curled meats, zucchini cold dish, two types of cheeses all taste great. Good wine selection. We tried two glasses of Italian red, they were amazing. The ambience was intimate and relaxed, warm deemed lights, music at the background was just right. Staff were attentive and professional. What a great dining experience!

A great little wine bar on Oxford St Paddington. Such a huge variety, if you want to buy by the bottle. It's overwhelming, but trust the advice of the friendly wait staff for their recommendation. We enjoyed the food there too, especially the burrata ravioli.

I really like this place. Rotating menu, great vibe, some great wine and pasta. It’s generally around the $20 per glass and $30 ish per pasta range, so quite expensive. However the Aglio e Olio hour is good value for money - around $15 for the pasta and $9 for the secret wine.

came for happy hour / salatino hour 5-6:30pm 🌇 ^walk ins only ✨ Sicilian in Tokyo fizz 🍋 - fantastic sake 🍶 lemon sour cocktail, couldn't taste the sake at all, almost like juice 🤤 ✨ mix of all salatino was fantastic too (puff pastry canapes) - favourite was the Verde with 🧀

The best meal I have had in my Australia trip! I love the Veal Bresaola. It tasted so good and unforgettable !!! 🤤🤤🤤 The pappala rice cracker was very nice. The rice cracker was so crispy 😋 The spaghetti cuttlefish was so fresh and tasty too …

Great atmosphere in this cosy and intimait wine bar. The food was very good with delicious pasta and beef tartare. Very disappointed with the tiramisu (it felt it has been just been made). The wine by the glass was very expensive (nothing below $19 for a glass of red).

For the wine lovers, look no further for an Italian wine selection. We dined downstairs and enjoyed the intimate wine bar ambience of Paski. The handwritten menus on the wall give an authenticity and we loved the wine bottles lined all along the opposite wall. For food, we enjoyed the oysters and scallops for entrée, and a pasta and salad for mains. The wines were $$ by the glass, ranging $17-$25 for most picks. The reason for the low stars was the service. The staff were friendly, but the service was disappointing. We often had to ask for orders and were left unattended for long periods of times. I am convinced we could have never been served if we hadn’t asked to be. The team may have been understaffed, but I would give more stars if there was more care and attention paid to customers.
